Booking
Select the relevant form from the Booking drop-down menu above to help calculate costs, check availability or submit a booking request. Alternatively, simply email me your requirements and I will provide you with a quotation.
 
Deposit and Payment
Bookings for events and weddings are secured by sending a deposit of 20% (max £50.00), the balance being payable on or before the day of the event or wedding. Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. For corporate clients a Purchase Order and 30 day payment terms from date of invoice is acceptable. Payments are accepted as cash or cheque, or as credit card payment through Paypal.

Proofs and Copyright
Proofs can be made available online and viewed in my Galleries within 48 hours of the event. These are password protected and hence only visible to you. I can also send you the proofs on CD, viewable as a slideshow. If requested, hard copy contact prints are available at a reasonable cost. Normally, I retain copyright of all photographs taken and I guarantee to keep all image files for at least three years. My prices for reprints are very reasonable, but should you require full size image files with copyright these are available at a cost of £50 per 100 files (minimum order £100).

Ordering Prints
You can then choose which of the images you want printed and submit your order by email or post or by using the online Order Form. Your prints will be produced and sent to you normally within 10 working days. In the case of Corporate clients who need their photos in a shorter timescale, please discuss your requirements with me when booking. I will be happy to provide your images in any format, such as Raw, or JPG, or printed at any size up to A2. I can also send you your images on CD, via email or any other method required.
