More customers now want high resolution image files on DVD but may not know how to make the best quality prints. I offer free telephone and email support for all image files purchased, including replacing lost or damaged files.

Maximum Choice and Flexibility
You can tailor-make your own package from my À La Carte Menu or try the Set Menu of my most popular packages. There are options for Storybook Albums, Slideshow Movies with Soundtrack, Image Files on DVD or Traditional Prints. You can even change your mind on the package you choose after you've booked.

Value for Money
The price structure for Asian weddings may be slightly different from my standard wedding ceremony packages due to the often longer time requirement, so please call me on 01234 823081 or contact me to ask for a tailor-made quotation based on your specific requirements. I usually take 80-100 photos per hour, so you will have plenty of images to choose from.

Flexible Options
I offer a variety of Storybook Albums or Traditional Prints, or you can simply purchase the Image Files on DVD. I also offer a Slideshow Movie which is a great way to make use of all the photos and makes an ideal gift for relatives who could not attend on the day. I can provide a tailor made package, to suit both you and all the people who attend. Prices for Event Photography
Attendance fees: Minimum Fee (up to 1 hour) - £125; Additional time is charged at £50 per hour. Print Prices: 7x5 ins - £5.00; A5 - £6.50; 8x6 ins £8.50; A4 - £10.00; A3 - £25.00 These are not automated machine prints. All prints are all individually edited to provide maximum image quality and composition. There is no extra charge for printing selected prints in black and white or sepia tone. Archival quality Epson inks and papers are used

Gift Vouchers
You can buy these to offset the cost of any other photography services. These are a great gift idea for someone due to celebrate a special birthday or anniversary so that they can keep a lasting record of the event. Vouchers can be of any value from £25 and are valid for two years

Family Portraits

Family Portraits
Everyone has a different idea about what makes a good portrait, so I will work with you to get the type of photograph you want. Whether you just want an individual portrait or photos of more than one person or maybe a whole family group, I will take a wide selection of different shots during the session. I can work at your home or at my own studio using either a professional backdrop or a more natural setting. I work digitally so you can view the results as we go until you are happy with the results. Pet Portraits
You may want to include your pet(s) in a family portrait or have them photographed on their own. Like kids they can be uncooperative when it comes to posing. I am very patient and experienced in catching the right moment and if necessary I can combine different images on computer to get the best results.

Portrait Session Prices
Portrait sessions start at £50 for up to an hour. There is no limit to the number of shots taken or subjects photographed, so you can get poses of the whole family, both individually and together, and the dog or cat as well. If you need a variety of settings or locations - eg for a portfolio, please call me for a quotation.

Corporate PR

Location and PR Photography
If you need shots taken at any location for PR purposes or to use in brochures, websites or advertising, please contact me to discuss rates and types of shots you require.

Types of Event covered
I can cover any Promotional Events, Award Ceremonies, Conferences, AGMS, Corporate Fun Days, Networking Events, PR Portraits etc. See also Event Photography and Family Portraits. I am fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability. See more extensive portfolios.

Studio Work
I have a small studio set up for PR portraits and light tent facilities suitable for catalogue work for "tabletop" products - no cars please!. I can also photograph paintings and other artworks.

Prices for Location, PR and Studio Photography
Attendance fees: Minimum Fee (up to 1 hour) - £125; Additional time is charged at £50 per hour. For locations above a 20 mile radius of Bedford I will charge reasonable travel expenses.

Image Proofs
Proofs can be made available online and viewed in my Galleries usually within 24 hours. These can be password protected and hence only visible to you. Alternatively, I can send you a CD or email files (subject to volume and file size restrictions).

Copyright
The fees I charge normally include supplying copyright free image files on CD or DVD. I will not sell the images to any other client but I retain the right to use the images on my website or on promotional material unless specifically requested not to use certain images.

Storybook Albums

Why Buy A Storybook Album?
There is really no better way to tell the story of your special day, from getting ready to the first dance. They offer the flexibilty of combining several images that go together on one page with varying image sizes and overlap and background effects. Images can be printed in colour, black and white or toned and in varying sizes. Albums can also include photos taken by your guests or even on honeymoon.

Design
You choose from a wide range of sizes, layout styles - modern, artistic or traditional. Pages can be digitally printed or of photographic quality with a choice of matt glossy or metallic paper. There are options for photographic, canvas, acrylic, metal, embroidered or plain leather covers available in a wide variety of colours.

Copies
You can order additional 'parent' and 'guest' copies in different sizes, softback or hardback.

1) Bronze  Package – £375 
Arrivals - of guests, groom & best man, and bridal party
Ceremony - whatever is permitted by the vicar/registrar
Formal Shots – posed photos of selected guests, working from a list you provide, plus romantic shots of bride and groom
All images professionally edited and available to view online (password protected) within 3 days. Estimated 200-250 images to choose from

2) Silver  Package – £500
Arrivals - of guests, groom & best man, and bridal party
Ceremony - whatever is permitted by the vicar/registrar

2 hours coverage of the reception including cake cutting (speeches may be included)

A La Carte Menu

Attendance Fee - £250 to cover from arrivals of guests, groom & best man, and bridal party, whatever is permitted during the ceremony by the vicar/registrar, plus the formal photos afterwards
Additional Time - £50 per hour either at the Reception or a Pre-Ceremony location
Expect 200-250 photos during Ceremony and approx 80-100 per hour during any additional time.
The price includes professional editing of all images, which can be viewed online within 3 days, plus low resolution image proofs supplied on CD.
It does not include - Prints, Albums, or any high resolution Image Files. These can be ordered later online or from the proof CD

Image Files - £50 per 100 (half price after 400). 3 Year backup support included.
